They usually take one of 3 perspectives:
1. Reenvisioning the customer experience;
2. Reenvisioning operational processes;
3. Combining the 2 approaches, reenvisioning the business models.

But having a vision is not enough. The vision needs to be transformative. Incremental visions will limit the benefits that you can attain in your digital transformation because even if you succeed, the most you’ll get is an incremental payoff.
